The Bead Shed recently held its Anniversary Grand Opening and Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting. It was an exciting day for everyone that attended. There were three rooms full of beautiful beads and other unique items.

Guests were amazed at the colorful bead inventory. Many were planning to purchase beads or to return for classes.

"Beading is for everyone." Says owner and instructor, Joni Bliss. "I want to invite people in the community to come and take a class or just visit and see what we have for sale."

The Bead Shed has all types and sizes of beads. Findings, cord, wire, beading tools, instruction books, magazines, and much more is arranged attractively on the shelves and tables.

Joni is available to answer questions and help customers with design ideas. She will even do the work and create your special piece to match that certain outfit.

In March 2006, Joni is teaching a Beginner Earrings Class, a Beginner PomPom Ring Class, and a Potato-Chip Beaded-Bag Class. Charles Bates is teaching a Beginner Wire-Wrapped Ring Class. They all sound very interesting and lots of fun.

The Bead Shed is located at 221-C Pat Haralson Memorial Drive in Blairsville , Georgia . They are open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM .
