October 5, 2007 - Chimney Ridge Park Cabins recently celebrated with an open house and Blairsville Union Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting ceremony. Family, friends, and members of the business community gathered for some friendly networking and a tour of the development.

Sales Manager Bob McGee says, “Due to the success of Crockett Ridge in the Trackrock area, Jerry Dyer and Jim Williams decided to build a second development in the Gum Log area. Chimney Ridge Park Cabins is located approximately two miles off of 129N on Old Gum Log Road in Union County and offers cabins starting at $89,900.”

The development offers six different models. Many models feature wrap around porches and are completely furnished. All cabins have cedar siding, metal roofing, stacked rock foundations, and are sold on a turn key basis. Professional landscaping is also included.

Chimney Ridge Park Cabins has 60 lots with plenty of trees and green space in a varied rolling terrain. All roads and driveways are paved for the convenience of residents and visitors.
