SPFS Custom Built Homes recently hosted a Blairsville Union County Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting ceremony at their newest home located in Lance Crossing subdivision in Union County. Guests, chamber representatives, family and friends enjoyed a tour of the home, sunny spring weather, and homemade goodies.
Steve and Pamala Franklin introduced their family and workers, told a little about the construction business, and welcomed everyone to the event. "SPFS stands for Steve and Pamala Franklin and Sons. We really are a family business."
SPFS Custom Built Homes is a family owned and operated business with 25 years experience in the Blairsville, Georgia area. Steve, Pam, Andy and Cory Franklin produce a well built home with quality materials. The designs are unique and the construction is designed to last. Steve and Pamala add, "You really have to see our homes to appreciate the quality and design. We offer quality workmanship at exceptional prices."
Steve, Pamala, and sons are natives of Union County and reside in the Jones Creek area. They attend Mount Pleasant Church of God in Hiawassee and New Hope Fellowship Baptist Church in Blairsville.
